This policy explains how MedERP and its marketing website handle information. MedERP is operated by MEDEMBARK LLC.
Summary
Local-first by design
MedERP version 1.0 does not require an account or sign-in. The app does not include advertising, developer analytics, cross-app tracking, or a developer-operated cloud sync service.
Local storage
What the app stores
MedERP stores the business information you enter in a local SwiftData workspace under the app’s Application Support area. Records can include company settings, products, partners, commercial documents, inventory movements, payments, balances, wallet vaults, and wallet transactions.
The release configuration disables CloudKit for this workspace. MEDEMBARK LLC does not receive the contents of the local store through the app.
User-controlled files
Imports, backups, and restore
You choose when MedERP reads a product or partner CSV file, saves a reference template, or creates and restores a complete.mederpbackup package. On Mac, you may also choose a folder or already-mounted NAS for automatic backups.
Backup packages are not encrypted.
A package may contain the complete workspace. SHA-256 is used to check integrity, not to encrypt the business records inside it. You are responsible for storing and sharing exported packages securely.
Files stored in iCloud Drive, another cloud drive, a network share, or a NAS are handled by the service and settings you choose, not by a MedERP account.

Marketing website
No forms or tracking code
This website provides product, support, and privacy information. MEDEMBARK LLC has not added forms, accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking code to it. Email links open your chosen email client.
Product scope
Business operations only
MedERP is inventory and commerce software. It is not medical, diagnostic, patient-record, treatment, or clinical decision-support software.
